-          Sold Out the 2007 Calendar by end of November. Netted $855.25 in donations to the BAP Treasury.

-          Donated $250 to the Beverly Public Library for the Beverly Room.

-          We designed and published 175 copies of the BAP 2008 calendar “People of Beverly” which is available.  Copies are available at the Beverly Library Circulation Desk and Desjardins Jewelers in North Beverly. Due to technical complications the Calendar was not ready for Homecoming.

-          Had two site visits to local archives in Gloucester and Burlington, arranged by John Thomson.

-          A Sub committee was formed (John Thompson, Barbara Broudo, David Shawn, & Charlie Wainwright) to produce an Outreach presentation for community organizations about BAP.

-          Further Discussion of possible collaboration with BevCam was discussed.

-          Purchased and moved BAP Website to its own domain.  www.beverlyarchivesproject.org

-          Kobi provided institutions with letters detailing her recommendations if they wished them.

-          Progress was made on new 5 year goals for BAP.  An online survey was conducted.  Goals will be finalized in the Fall

-          Three new member organizations joined, Desjardins Jewelers, Glovsky & Glovsky Attorneys’ at Law, and The North Shore Music Theatre.

-          Kobi donated a collection of eight volumes of Archive Management Books to the BAP office. They are available to the membership on a lending basis.

-          Supplies were available to members throughout the year. Diaster wheels were purchased and distributed to 10 of the paid organizations.
