-
Minutes of the September
meeting were approved as presented.
-
The members spent the
majority of the morning developing a Long Range Plan to take BAP through
2006-2007. See the attach list of topics suggested and the following Long
Range Plan the Committee developed.
-
The committee recommended
that the Beverly Historical Society be an active member of the group. Barbara
Broudo will call the Interim Director and make sure they receive our notices.
-
The BAP Webmaster will be
contacted to add new information to our website. Links to groups will be
enhanced.
-
It was strongly
recommended that our Long Range goals accompany every set of agendas and
minutes, so we do not lose site of our direction.
-
The next exhibit, City of
Beverly Architectural Drawings will be discussed at the November meeting. Tom
Scully will reserve space at the Beverly Library for the exhibit. The date of
exhibit will be determined at that meeting. Mike Collins is very interested in
this exhibit.
-
The current exhibit now
on display at the Library will be moved to a new location within the city
(place to be determined).
-
Elaine Israelsohn will be
asked to contact the Beverly Citizen and Salem Evening News with notices of
our meetings. Crystal Atherton will be away.
-
Tom Scully will follow up
on a site for a “Field Trip”. The Andover NE Document Center and
Burlington were suggested.
