Dues for this fiscal year are $ 25.00.

We are still  collecting calendar money.

Darren Brown can attend morning meetings only.

Kobi can't come Thursday night, but is available if we have a particular need.   She still has hours to give the High School.  She will also send reports based on her last visit to individual BAP members.

4.         Calendars

There are 4 in the Main Library and 6 at the Beverly Farms Library.  Denise will find out if Zwicker will do a short run of 25 calendars.

5.         2008 Calendars

bullet

We need a theme.

bullet

Should we expand the calendar to 16 months, starting in September

bullet

When we increase our membership, those new organizations (Rotary,  civic organizations, etc.) can be included in our calendar.

6.         Outreach  --  We should  develop a "How to" program.  We should set up workshops for individuals and for organizations.  "Bring your stuff and we will show you what to do with it -- how to preserve & properly file records, photographs, etc."   We are a resource that has not been tapped .  Perhaps the Senior Center can sponsor a workshop.  We could perform a service by establishing a directory listing any organization interested in receiving old materials suitable for archiving.  People who have been storing records and photos would be able to give them to the organization willing to receive them.

7.         Long Range Planning

bullet

What do we want to add ?

Respectfully submitted,
