1.   The Presentations  Committee, John  Thomson, Barbara  Broudo, and Charles  Wainwright, gave a preview of the program they intend to take to organizations.

John's introduction included a Questionnaire for the audience to fill out which would evaluate their organization.

Barbara guided the audience through an onscreen "tour" of what BAP and archiving per se were all about.  Charlie demonstrated what kinds of records should be preserved using First Church records as an example.   It was obvious that a lot of work went into the planning of  BAP's  "roadshow".

It was suggested that  three organizations  to initially target be the School For The Deaf, Landmark, and the YMCA.

2.   It  was decided  that our domain name would be Beverly Archives Project.org

It was moved and voted that Charlie set up a website with our domain name for no more than  $ 250 per year.

3.   Fund Raising -  Denise, because of workload, has withdrawn from BAP fund raising projects.

Having Tech do our calendar printing won't work because the students break for the summer.

Several suggestions were made:  Sell an Ad page to such places as the Cabot Cinema, Casa diModa, Desjardins, Henry's, YMCA, Rotary, Gove Lumber, various banks.  Should we give them a free BAP membership?

Our 2008 calendar should have people pictures that are at least 25 years old  --

"The People Who Made Beverly".

Prices per ad per page would be $100.  The back cover inside could hold four pictures at $50 each.

Kobi was given the authority to sell ads at $100 per page.

The calendar should be available in August.

4.   Outreach -  How shall we participate in Downtown  Main Street in June, and  the Beverly Historical Society's  Sam Sam in August?

5.   BAP Grant with Bev Cam – We may be eligible for a grant to convert Bev Cam tapes to DVD's.

6.   Barbara Broudo will plan a Goals Program for our May BAP meeting.

Respectfully  submitted  -  Elaine G. Israelsohn
