Beverly Archive Project Minutes
March 5, 2008
The Beverly Archives Project (BAP) held its regular meeting
at 7 PM at the Beverly Public Library, chaired by John Thomson.

The February 8 minutes were approved.

Treasurer's Report - Expenditures, $ 35 for BevCam
membership. End of February balance: $ 1249.87
-
BevCam – Darren Brown, Carol Mori, and John Thomson
have been taking BevCam training. Our membership will permit BAP to use
BevCam equipment.By spring, BevCam will hopefully have an archival education
program on BevCam.

ARCHIVES ALIVE – BAP is sponsoring their program at the
Beverly Public Library, May 16, 9:30 – 12:30. They have the agenda, we
just have to show up – so save the date ! This is an excellent opportunity
to get our name known. It was suggested that the panels each member
constructed, and which are stored in our room at the Library, be displayed
around the room in which ARCHIVES ALIVE will take place.

Workshop 2005 – Carol saved our CD and DVD of the
Workshop from being damaged. A word to the wise from Carol -- don’t use
stickers on CD’s or DVD’s.

Next Meeting: Our next meeting will take place
on Thursday, April 10.
