Beverly Archive Project  Minutes

June 5, 2008

The Beverly Archives Project (BAP) held its regular meeting at 7 PM at the Beverly Public Library,  chaired by  John Thomson. 

Present were:           

1.  The May  1^st   Minutes were approved.  

2.  Treasurer’s  Report  -  Expenses were   $114.62 to promote BAP  at  the Archives Alive program and  $26.25  for  BevCam  membership.  The present balance is  $1,013.60.

3.  The  2008-09  slate was approved as follows:

          John  Thomson,  Chair

          Charles  Wainwright,  Vice-Chair

          John  Thomson,  Treasurer

          Elaine  Israelsohn,  Secretary

          Carol  Mori,  Publicity  Chair         

4.  Nancy  Coffey spoke about her experiences researching and recording the history of Beverly Farms neighborhoods. 

5.  Have a safe and joyful summer.  See you at our September 4^th  meeting.
